해운대 암소갈비집의 대표 메뉴답게
생갈비는 누린내 전혀 없이 정말 깔끔했어요.

고기 질이 좋아서
굽는 내내 잡내 없이 고기 향만 살아 있고
육즙도 풍부해서 만족스러웠어요.

“비싼 이유는 있다”라는 말이 딱 떠오르는 맛이에요.

🥩 Fresh Beef Ribs – Honest Review

As expected from their signature menu, the fresh beef ribs were excellent.
There was no unpleasant smell at all, and the meat tasted very clean and rich.

The beef was juicy, tender, and full of flavor —
you can really tell the quality of the meat.

At that moment, I understood why people say,
“There’s a reason it’s expensive.”

고기와 함께 나온 뚝배기 된장국은
구수하고 진해서 고기 먹다 한 숟갈씩 떠먹기 딱 좋아요.

그리고…
👉 감자사리 꼭 드세요. 진짜 꼭이요.

쫀득하면서도 포슬포슬한 감자사리가
된장국과 어우러지는데
이게 은근히 계속 손이 가는 맛이에요.

메인보다 기억에 남을 수도 있어요 😋

perfect to enjoy alongside grilled beef.

And the real surprise was the potato noodles.
