Whenever I plan a family trip, I always go by the motto, “The highlight of a trip is exploring great restaurants.” This Yeosu trip was no exception, as we enjoyed both experiences and culinary adventures, making wonderful memories with the family.

이번 여름에도 갯장어 샤브샤브용 회를 포장해서 찍은 사진이 있어요. 여름철 제철 음식으로 몸보신을 겸해 포장해 왔는데, 사진 속 회는 그대로 집에서 샤브샤브로 즐겼답니다. 신선하고 탱탱한 갯장어를 보면서 여행의 즐거움을 다시 느낄 수 있었어요.

They don’t offer dine-in services, focusing entirely on preparing and packaging fresh sashimi for customers to enjoy elsewhere. Personally, it’s one of my must-visit spots whenever I come to Yeosu.

This past summer, we took home sashimi for sea eel shabu-shabu, a seasonal summer delicacy that’s perfect for a nourishing meal. The photo I took shows the fresh, plump sea eel, which we later enjoyed as shabu-shabu back at our accommodation. Seeing the sashimi again reminded me of the joy and freshness of our trip.
