집에서 해 먹기 귀찮은 날,
속이 살짝 으슬으슬하거나 칼칼한 국물이 생각나는 날
부담 없이 찾기 좋은 곳이었어요.

저희는

🥢 솔직한 맛 후기

• 얼큰이 칼국수
  신라면 정도의 맵기에서 1.5배 매운맛,  칼칼해서 해장이나 감기 기운 있을 때 좋았어요.
  다만 개인적으로는 감칠맛이나 깊은 맛은 살짝 아쉬운 편이었지만,
  가격 대비로 보면 충분히 만족스러운 맛이었습니다.
• 대왕 오징어 튀김
  반건조 대왕오징어를 사용하셔서 튀김옷은 얇고 바삭했어요.
  다만 오징어 식감은 조금 질긴 편이어서 참고하시면 좋을 것 같아요.

🥢 Honest Taste Review

Spicy Kalguksu
The spice level is about 1.5 times spicier than Shin Ramyun, making it nicely bold and warming.
It’s especially good for hangover recovery or when you’re starting to feel a cold coming on.
That said, the umami and depth of flavor were a bit mild for my personal taste,
but considering the price, it was more than satisfying overall.

Giant Fried Squid
They use semi-dried giant squid, and the batter was thin, light, and nicely crispy.
However, the squid itself was slightly chewy, so that’s something to keep in mind.

이 부분은 꼭 말씀드리고 싶어요.

👉 칼국수는 하나만 주문하고
👉 만두나 튀김 같은 사이드 메뉴와 함께 나눠 드시는 조합 추천

실제로 저희가 먹어본 결과도 그렇고,
주변 테이블을 보니 대부분 이 조합으로 드시더라고요.
칼국수를 인당 주문하는 것은 개인적으로 비추천드립니다.

⭐ My Personal Ordering Tip

This is something I really want to share.

👉 Order just one bowl of kalguksu,
👉 and pair it with side dishes like dumplings or fried items to share.

Based on our own experience—and from what we saw at other tables—
this combination seemed to be the most popular and satisfying choice.

Personally, I don’t recommend ordering one bowl of kalguksu per person.
