올여름 가족 휴가로 제주도에 다녀왔는데요.
공항에서 나오자마자 “뭐 먹지?” 고민하다가
바로 향한 곳이 바로 엄지족발이었어요.

여행 첫날은 이동도 많고 체력 소모가 큰데,
든든하게 먹고 시작하면 하루가 훨씬 수월하잖아요.
그래서 족발로 몸보양 제대로 하고 출발했습니다.

I’m Grace, a mom of two boys. 😊

This summer, our family went on a vacation to Jeju Island. As soon as we got out of the airport, the first question came up: “What should we eat?” The place we headed to right away was Eomji Jokbal.

The first day of a trip usually involves a lot of moving around and can be pretty tiring. Starting off with a hearty, satisfying meal really makes the rest of the day much easier. So we fueled up properly with jokbal and kicked off our trip feeling full and energized.

족발은 정말 부드럽고 야들야들했고
잡내 없이 깊은 맛이 느껴져서
아이들 앞에서도 부담 없이 먹기 좋았어요.

🍽️ What We Ordered

• Half-and-half jokbal (large)
• One bottle of beer
• Gamchi mayo rice balls with seasoned seaweed (1 order)
• Soft tofu stew (1 order)

The jokbal was incredibly tender and soft, with a deep, rich flavor and no unpleasant smell at all. It felt comfortable to enjoy even with the kids, making it a great choice for a family meal.
