It’s a bungeoppang (Korean fish-shaped pastry) stand located right next to Yukwhami Cheonan Main Branch.

추운 바람이 불기 시작하면 괜히 더 생각나는 간식, 붕어빵이죠.
이곳은 여름철에는 운영하지 않으시고, 날씨가 선선해지는 봄·가을·겨울, 이렇게 3계절만 만나볼 수 있는 곳이에요. 그래서인지 더 반갑고 소중하게 느껴지는 곳이랍니다.
붕어빵집은 아주머니께서 혼자서 정성껏 운영하고 계시고,
영업시간은 오후 3시 이후부터 저녁 9시까지예요.
판매 메뉴는

• 붕어빵 팥맛 / 슈크림맛
• 그리고 올해는 계란빵까지 함께 판매하고 계셨어요.

• 붕어빵 3개 2,000원
• 계란빵 1개 1,000원

As the weather gets colder, certain snacks naturally come to mind — and bungeoppang is definitely one of them.
This stand does not operate during the summer and is only open during three seasons: spring, fall, and winter, which somehow makes it feel even more special and worth the wait.
The stand is run by a kind lady all by herself, and she starts selling from 3:00 PM until around 9:00 PM.
You can choose from:

• Red bean bungeoppang
• Custard cream bungeoppang
• And this year, she also added gyeran-ppang (egg bread) to the menu.

👉 Prices are very reasonable:

• 3 bungeoppang for 2,000 KRW
• 1 egg bread for 1,000 KRW
• Please note that cash payment only is accepted.

이곳은 예전부터 신불당동에서 오래 장사를 하셨던 곳이라고 해요.
요즘은 동네 산책하다 보면 중간중간 붕어빵 파는 곳이 조금씩 생겨나고 있는데, 그래도 이 집은 괜히 더 정이 가는 곳이에요.
저녁에 남편과 산책하면서 지나가다 보면
따끈따끈한 붕어빵 냄새에 발걸음이 저절로 멈추게 되더라고요 😊
She used to run her business in Sinbuldang-dong for many years, and recently, I’ve noticed more bungeoppang stands popping up around the neighborhood.
Still, this place feels especially comforting and familiar.
When my husband and I go for evening walks, the warm smell of freshly baked bungeoppang often makes us stop without even realizing it 😊

그리고 **저희 부부의 강력 추천 메뉴는 바로 ‘슈크림 붕어빵’**입니다!
사실 남편과 저는 원래 팥 붕어빵만 고집하는 타입이었거든요.
그런데 이곳 슈크림 붕어빵을 먹고 나서… 취향이 완전히 바뀌어버렸어요 😆
달지 않고 부드러운 슈크림이 가득 들어 있어서
한 입 베어 무는 순간 “아, 이건 또 사야 해…”라는 말이 절로 나와요.
Now, our top recommendation is the custard cream bungeoppang!
We were originally hardcore red bean lovers, no exceptions.
But after trying the custard cream bungeoppang here… our preference completely changed!
The custard is rich yet not overly sweet, and it’s generously filled inside.
With just one bite, you’ll probably think, “I need to get this again.” 😆
